US Domestic Shipping

We ship products using UPS Ground. The cost for shipping is based on the total weight of your order. This is calculated from the total product weight in your shopping cart at the time of order. If you would like for us to use a more expedient shipping process, contact us at the time you place your order.

For products that are in stock, we usually ship within 2 or 3 business days after you place your order. Many of our products are custom made at the time of order. Products that are not in stock are shipped within 2-3 weeks after you place your order.

International Shipping

Rates for shipping international can vary widely. Its best to contact us to confirm international shipping rates at the time of ordering.

Returns

Return Costs

For any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you are welcome to return your product for a full refund if returned within 30 days after receiving your product. Please contact us for a return authorization number before you return your product. Credit will not be issued for products returned without a return authorization.
